Do you make covers for other devices?
No, we focus only on covers for the Omnipod and are not planning to make covers for other devices, including FreeStyle Libre, Medtrum, Dexcom, or other CGMs and pumps.
Can I request a custom design for a cover?
Yes! Custom and personalized covers are available. Please contact us—we would love to discuss your ideas.
We currently only offer the custom cover option on Etsy and will be adding it to our webshop in the future. Please visit our Etsy store for more details.
About Sugarfam Covers
What are Sugarfam covers made of?
Sugarfam covers are made from a sturdy, flexible plastic with a soft, silicone-like feel—similar to baby teething rings and the soft parts of toothbrushes. They’re PVC-, BPA-, and latex-free, making them very safe for everyday wear.
Are the covers reusable?
Yes! Sugarfam covers are designed to be used again and again. Just snap them on and off whenever you need.
Do the covers fit all Omnipod models?
Yes, our covers are compatible with Omnipod, Omnipod Dash, and Omnipod 5.
How do the covers stay on?
The covers snap securely onto your pod, holding in place without adhesives or straps. They’re designed with a tiny ridge that folds over the underside of the pod for a secure fit.
Do the covers interfere with PDM connectivity?
Not at all! Sugarfam covers do not interfere with the Bluetooth connection between your pod and PDM.
Do the covers make the pod feel bulky?
Nope! They’re lightweight and designed to fit comfortably without getting in the way.
Can I swim or exercise while wearing a cover?
Absolutely. Sugarfam covers are made for daily life, including workouts, swimming, and anything in between.
How do I put on and take off a cover?
Always put the cover on with care, especially when your pod is on your body and functioning. To remove it, gently peel the cover off while holding the pod in place to ensure the cannula stays secure.
What if my cover doesn’t fit right or keeps falling off?
If you’re having trouble, double-check that it’s aligned properly and clicks securely all around. If there’s still an issue, contact us.

All orders ship from the Netherlands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
How long does shipping take?
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- USA: 10–15 business days.
- Europe: 1–5 business days.
- Rest of the world: 2–3 weeks.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed every few days. If you need help, reach out ASAP.
Care & Durability
How do I clean my Sugarfam cover?
A quick wipe with a damp cloth should do the trick. Avoid harsh chemicals to keep the design looking fresh.
How long does a cover last?
Sugarfam covers are built to last for years—maybe even forever. They won’t break down or wear out with normal use.
Will the design or color fade over time?
It won’t. Our colors and prints are made to stay vibrant.
Returns & Issues
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of the product, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, let us know and we’ll make it right.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a message with a photo, and we’ll take care of it.
